Delicious Tuning - V3 Flex Fuel Bluetooth Kit (with FutureFlex Technology) is a ground up redesign with the ability to switch from one vehicle or integration system to another with a simple firmware update and new harness. While we can now implement a Flex Fuel solution for many make and model vehicles with basic tuning ability, the Future Flex aspect allows us to update the firmware and harness quickly for when custom code integration is added by the aftermarket ECU tuning companies. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of ethanol now and in the future when the FutureFlex Technology changes.
The ground up redesign includes a 10X faster processor, new bluetooth chip, a plug in harness for easy removal of the module, and improved weather resistance. All this included with our new Flex Fuel Sensor takes all the guess work out of determining what the ethanol/gasoline (petrol) ratio is in your vehicle. Our Flex Fuel system determines the content ratio between gasoline and ethanol content in the fuel. It then sends a signal to the ECU which dynamically computes the correct air/fuel ratios, ignition timing values, boost levels, cam angles, traction control and more based on the ethanol content. FLEX FUEL (W/ FUTUREFLEX TECHNOLOGY) BLUETOOTH KIT INPUT / OUTPUT OPTIONS:
- CAN Bus Integration - The CAN Flex Fuel Kit communicates over the vehicles CAN Bus network, because of that, no sensors are removed from the vehicle, no codes are disabled or altered, and the the installation is 100% plug-n-play with no wires are run into the passenger compartment.
- TGV Input (GreenSpeed / Emissions Compliant) - A completely seamless E85 Flex Fuel solution for the latest while retaining all TGV functionality on the latest Protune Software (2008-2021 Subaru STI). Ethanol content and the optional fuel pressure upgrade can be monitored through the datalogs and natively through the Display Screen. Installation can be completed with the OEM fuel rail system and fuel pressure regulator, all from the top of the engine with no need to climb, crawl, or slide your way underneath the vehicle. All emissions related devices are still 100% operational with our Flex Fuel Kit as it was intended by the vehicles OEM engine management system.
- MAF/IAT Input (0.5-4.5V w/ Comp) - All emissions related devices are still 100% operational with our IAT Input Flex Fuel Kit(s) and the intake air temp is still being used as it was intended by the vehicles OEM engine management system. Our IAT Input Flex Fuel Kit(s) supports IAT (Intake Air Temperature) compensation and still measure/send the appropriate temperature signals to the ECU via our module for proper calculation over a broad range of temperatures. Compensation for cold start works as intended as we have implemented custom code in our IAT Input Flex Fuel Kit(s) that is transmitted to the ECU for proper startup on a range of ethanol blends.
- TGV Input 3-Pin / 5-Pin (0.5V-4.5V) - Rear O2 Input (0.5V-4.5V) - Unterminated Input (0.5-4.5V) - The original voltage input options for various make and model vehicles running custom software looking for a simple and easy plug and play solution. This also has the optional add-on to incorporate the fuel pressure safety system in the case low side fuel pressure drops too low.
NOTES (SPECIFIC VEHICLES):
11-Pin and 8-Pin CAN harness Support - Due to changes in the harness from 2022 to 2023, there are two different connection options in the BRZ/GR86 harness. Please review which harness you have prior to ordering. The harness connection can be found mounted by the strut tower bar on the left side of the vehicle (driver side in the US). Limited Warranty
All parts and services offered by Delicious Tuning have undergone extensive in-house testing and evaluation to insure the highest level of quality and performance. All parts and services are guaranteed to be free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of receipt by the customer. Parts that are damaged by means of water or coolant ingress are not covered under the terms of our warranty. However, the standard warranty in the industry is none at all on parts. Such parts are thus sold "as-is" without any warranty whatsoever. There are no implied warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of this agreement. Delicious Tuning is not responsible for incidental and consequential damages, property damages, or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law. Implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness, in as far as they are applicable, are limited to a term of one (1) year from the original purchase, with a copy of the original invoice.
